| Job Description : | Leading Global Company currently requires an experienced Process Improvement and Analysis Manager to develop, manage and implement a continuous improvement program both within operations and on a cross departmental basis. You will be involved in Process Improvement - working with stakeholders to analyse and redesign business processes, Service Level Management - set up, monitor and manage service level management systems and monitor performance and improvements in key metrics, Project Management - deliver complex projects across multiple functions and Reporting and Analysis - upgrade reporting and analysis capability to deliver enhance reporting across the business and provide accurate and effective data analysis. You will have experience of analysing and documenting complex business processes, experience of business rules documentation and analysis; have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, experience of project management, strong process and change knowledge and ideally data analysis skills with MS Access and SQL Server.
