Are you looking to use your experience of the leisure management industry to become an NVQ assessor, supporting learners in progressing their careers?

One of the UK's largest NVQ training providers are looking to grow their team of Sport and Fitness NVQ Assessors covering The North Yorkshire region

ROLE:

This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of the leisure management industry to provide professional assessment and support to learners in their work places. Previous assessing experience is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for the opportunity to work for a large organisation who can provide full support in obtaining the D32/33 / A1 assessing qualification.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN NVQ ASSESSOR:

- Visiting learners in the workplace and assessing / tutoring them in their NVQ qualifications
- Creating learner portfolios to agreed standards

REQUIREMENTS:

This role would suit someone who recent management / personal training / exercise to music experience in a gym and is looking for a change. It is essential that you have a background in leisure, to team leading / management level. Leisure / Gym / Personal Training / Exercise to Music qualifications to level 2/3 and a driving license are also essential.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

You will receive an excellent salary and benefits package, including:

- Basic starting salary of 18,819 (increasing to 19,341 after 6 months)
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- 40p per mile when travelling on business
- Contributory company pension scheme

- Bonus Scheme (OTE up to 6,000)
- Company car after 18 months
