Chic, city centre hotel and restaurant seeks good quality Chef de Parties.
Working as part of a cohesive and fast paced brigade, you as chef de partie will be confident on all sections, and be flexible in your approach to work - the position offers a great amount of variety, from informal bistro dining, to rosette accredited fine dining, and the establishment also plays host to a significant number of weddings and conference events.
This role will involve taking control of a section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required as well as aiding the development of the junior chefs.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef

You must have NVQ 1&2 or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an AA Rosette accredited establishment at a Chef de Partie level, those with 2 AA Rosette experience would be at an advantage in the recruitment process. It is also necessary that applicants posses a food hygiene certificate.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process. |
